Simple terms for a simple build process.
These terms are written for the standard Agent Lead Sites website build and ongoing service. Any custom written agreement or invoice terms may override this page.
1. Project Start
Development begins after the client completes onboarding and submits the required payment. Missing business information, photos, logos, access, or review links may delay the start date.
2. Payment
The standard website build is $750 total: a $250 deposit to begin, then a $500 final payment after completion. The ongoing service is $200/month and begins when the deposit is paid, with the first monthly charge scheduled one month after the deposit date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Deliverables
Agent Lead Sites provides a conversion-focused website or landing page, lead capture setup, basic CRM/notification setup when applicable, and launch support. The exact deliverables may vary by package or written agreement.
4. Timeline
A first draft is typically delivered within approximately 48 hours after onboarding and payment are complete. Timelines are estimates and may change based on client responsiveness, asset availability, integrations, or scope changes.
5. Client Materials
The client is responsible for providing accurate business details, legal permissions to use submitted photos/logos/testimonials, service information, contact information, review links, and access where needed.
6. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included during the review process. Major changes outside the original project scope, new page requests, rebrands, or new feature requests may require additional fees.
7. Monthly Service
Monthly service is $200/month unless otherwise agreed in writing and may include hosting, maintenance, CRM access/support, lead notifications, basic updates, and AI features when applicable. Monthly service begins when the deposit is paid, with the first monthly charge scheduled one month after the deposit date. If monthly service is cancelled, hosting, CRM access, support, and connected systems may be affected.
8. Results Disclaimer
Agent Lead Sites builds websites and systems designed to improve trust, conversion, and lead capture. No specific search ranking, lead volume, sales result, or revenue outcome is guaranteed.
9. Ownership & Access
Client-owned materials remain the client’s property. Agent Lead Sites may manage technical infrastructure, hosting, CRM settings, workflows, and system access while the service relationship is active.
10. Communication
To keep the project moving quickly, the client agrees to respond to review requests, provide missing information, and approve reasonable decisions in a timely manner.
